Let’s look at the fourth month’s Bing Wu year forecasts (Year of the Horse) (May 5 – June 6, the Snake month).
The Gui Si Water Snake month begins on May 5 and runs through June 6. This May is a very powerful and heavy month because we are dealing with two Full Moons along with the Yin Water Snake energy. When we have two Full Moons in one month, it creates a double dose of completion energy that forces us to face things we have been avoiding. The month starts with a Full Moon on May 1 and ends with another on May 31, meaning the entire month is framed by a need to let go and clear out the old. This is a time of major endings. If you have been holding onto a property that won’t sell, a job that drains you, or a relationship that has passed its time, the second Full Moon will provide the final push to close that door forever.
The Yin Water Snake energy makes this even more intense because it puts Water directly over Fire, creating a steam effect. On the outside, things may look calm, but underneath there is a lot of hidden tension and emotional pressure. This will most strongly affect those of you born in the years of the Snake or the Pig. Snake years will feel a lot of internal pressure to perform, while those born in Pig years might feel like everything is moving against them this month. If your zodiac sign is Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius, you are also at a major pivot point where your life direction could shift suddenly. Regarding specific predictions, I expect to see a lot of movement in the financial markets. The clash of Water and Fire often brings volatility, so do not make any big money moves or investments on a whim. Wait until the steam clears. You should also be prepared for secrets to come out. The Snake and the sign of Scorpio both love to hide things, but these Full Moons will act like a spotlight, bringing scandals or hidden truths to the surface. Physically, you might feel more tired or have issues with your digestion because the internal fire is being bothered by the water energy. Keep your meals light and your mind quiet.
On the flying stars front, you must ensure your home’s South and Center areas remain calm. The combinations of the 1 and 5 stars, and the 5 and 9 stars, are very tough to control if they are activated by noise or activity. However, we have great He Tu combinations in the East, North, Southeast, and Southwest that bring balance. The Northeast also has a beautiful combination, and we cannot forget the West, which holds the powerful Sum of Ten combination that influences connections and completion.
North – Rat, Kua 1
The star combination here is 6 and 1. This beautiful He Tu combination brings victory in all fields, especially wealth, career, and success. If your bedroom, living room, or main door is in this sector, use it to activate your goals. You will enjoy financial luck and divine assistance. Do not waste your time on old projects but start new ones instead. A promotion or recognition of your hard work is a real possibility now, and a mentor may come into your life. Do not use water or fire activations here as the Three Killings occupy this sector.
North West – Dog and Pig, Kua 6
The star combination is 2 and 6. The heavenly star is available to bring windfall luck to this sector. To take advantage of it, you should occupy the space, but remember to pause and make a clear strategy first. If you are trying to improve your career, luck, or find mentors, make your plan and work in this area. Please keep in mind to take extra care of your physical health while using this space.
West – Rooster, Kua 7
The star combination is 3 and 7. This is considered a Sum of Ten, which is filled with mixed fortunes. While this combination brings wealth and completion luck, both stars are naturally negative. There is a high chance of aggression, anger, violence, and injuries. Try to control your impulses and be very careful with metal objects in this part of your home.
South West – Sheep and Monkey, Kua 2
The star combination is 7 and 2. These are two inauspicious stars, but together they form a He Tu that brings windfall luck for wealth, especially through business. You can attract opportunities to make serious money despite having some issues to resolve. Do not activate this area with elements, but use the space to attract new opportunities without triggering the negative aspects of the stars.
South – Horse, Kua 9
The star combination is 5 and 9. This sector is one to watch closely. The visiting multiplying star is strengthened by the annual misfortune star, making the negative effects much worse. You must try to keep this area as quiet as possible and avoid any activity in this sector.
South East – Dragon and Snake, Kua 4
The star combination is 9 and 4. This is a He Tu combination that brings success in career and business, especially for entrepreneurs looking for monetary gains. This combination amplifies the good fortune of the year and is great for academic success. Because it is such a powerful combination, children should study in this sector to succeed in their examinations.
East – Rabbit, Kua 3
The star combination is 8 and 3. This is a He Tu combination called the Natural Leader, which is very promising for leadership luck and steady progress. It provides many ideas for long-term goals and wealth accumulation. Plan your next steps and proceed with confidence while taking advantage of this sector.
North East – Ox and Tiger, Kua 8
The star combination is 4 and 8. This is a beautiful combination for wealth and romance. If you occupy this sector or if your main door is here, you will receive excellent news concerning your private and professional life. You will enjoy great success and networking luck, which is especially helpful for those who have seen financial losses and are trying to revive their finances.
Center
The star combination is 1 and 5. This is another sector to watch because of the visiting misfortune star. The negative combination of Water and Earth elements could create havoc in the form of accidents or personal injuries. Health might be impacted for those who spend a lot of time here. There will be hurdles along the way, but stay calm because this is temporary. If possible, place metal elements in this sector to manage the energy.
